Each boat in the Tokyo Yakatabune Association have slightly different cancellation policies, but special Yakatabune plan from the Tokyo Yakatabune Association like Ninja Yakatabune and Chartered Lunch Yakatabune booked through the Tokyo Yakatabune Association have the following cancellation policy:

A booking is officially cancelled once we approve the cancellation.
This cancellation policy also applies to partial cancellations (i.e.: reducing the number of guests). The cancellation fee applies only to the number of guests removed from the original reservation.
If you need to make a cancellation or changes to an existing reservation, please contact us as soon as possible with the details of your changes.
In the case of poor weather like typhoon, we will contact you in advance if your cruise must be cancelled for safety reasons. Please ensure that you provide accurate contact information. If your cruise is cancelled by us due to poor weather, we will provide a full refund.
